Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Reheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl beat eggs; add butter, marmalade, and milk.
  4. Add all at once to the dry ingredients.
  5. Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed.
  6. Mixture will be lumpy.
  7. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. For icing, blend all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  10. Frost muffins when cool.
