Deviled Chicken Spread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400*F.
  2. In a bowl mix chicken, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons butter, mustard and cayenne pepper.
  3. Taste for salt, add if needed.
  4. Spread into a 9 inch pie pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, parsley and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  8. Serve while still hot.
