Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken breast into small bite size or nugget size pieces.
  2. Arrange on plate and sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Cut blood orange and squeeze juice over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle creole seasoning over chicken, turn chicken to mix juices and seasonings, let marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Pour wheat germ onto separate plate and transfer one piece of chicken at a time to evenly coat both sides.
  6. Place prepared chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with favorite dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
