Deliciously Healthy Chicken Nuggets

a healthy and delicious version of chicken nuggets. i was experimenting with a new way to prepare chicken that the kids would eat and i would love feeding them. this experiment turned out better than i could have expected. i love them and so do the kids. Yay!
Ingredients:
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
1 blood orange
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
Directions:
1. cut chicken breast into small bite size or nugget size pieces.
2. arrange on plate and sprinkle with olive oil.
3. cut blood orange and squeeze juice over chicken.
4. sprinkle creole seasoning over chicken, turn chicken to mix juices and seasonings, let marinate for 30 minutes.
5. pour wheat germ onto separate plate and transfer one piece of chicken at a time to evenly coat both sides.
6. place prepared chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
7. serve with favorite dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
