Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/8 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients from honey down, and add the oil/water last! Then mix with green, nuts and mandarins and toss to coat the salad with the dressing.
  2. ***Amount of lettuce, nuts or mandarins may be too little or too much, therefore just adjust it to your liking! Enjoy!***.
