Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups instant oats
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter or margarine together with brown sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  3. Mix flour, oats, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl, and stir into creamed mixture.
  4. Add chocolate chips. You can subsititue mini M & M's, raisins, or nuts if desired.
  5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Cool, and enjoy!
