Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese into small bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Dip chicken breasts into egg and coat.
  6. Then, dip into bread crumb and cheese mixture.
  7. Heat oil and fry breaded chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes.
  8. Pour spaghetti sauce into a 13x9 baking dish.
  9. Top with chicken.
  10. Cover with foil.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Pull out and top with mozzarella and remaining parmesan cheese.
  13. Bake uncovered for another 7-10 minutes.
  14. Serve over cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
