Dan's Favorite Tex Mex Layered Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread the refried beans on a platter.
  2. Peel and mash avocados and spread over the beans.
  3. Sprinkle the avocados with lemon juice.
  4. Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream and spread over the avocados.
  5. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then dice.
  6. Thinly slice scallions including 1/2 of the green stalk.
  7. Combine the tomatoes and scallions and put on as next layer.
  8. Cover with Cheddar cheese.
  9. Serve with chips.
