Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (up to 2 tbsp depending on sweetness)

Directions:

  1. Stir berries and sugar together in saucepan.
  2. Cook on low, stirring until most of the liquid is absorbed and filling is glossy.
  3. (Can be done in Microwave) Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Scrape filling into a small container and cool to room temperature.
  5. Seal container and chill.
  6. Will keep refrigerated for 1 week.
