Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pan, sauté the two onions until they become transparent.
  2. Add the pancetta and stir.
  3. Add the two hot peppers and stir.
  4. Add the red wine and stir until the wine evaporates a bit.
  5. Add the two cans of Italian tomatoes (only one with the juice) and stir. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti until al dente.
  8. Serve on spaghetti with some parmesan.
