Murray's Fried Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz cooked ham, cubed (leftovers you can also use are hot dogs or bologna or even chicken about 1.5 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. In large skillet heat oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add meat and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add cooked spaghetti, salt and pepper. Using side of spatula, chop up spaghetti while mixing ingredients.
  3. Toss and saute until hot. Serve immediately.
