Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut and clean fish.
  2. Cut into long strips.
  3. Chop and dice onions.
  4. Slice lemons into thin layers.
  5. Wash and chop up dandelion leaves.
  6. Grease metal frying pan(so you wont burn the fish).
  7. Put on medium heat.
  8. Add onions, 5-6 layers of lemon, salt,pepper,and white sage(make sure the sage is grounded up).
  9. Let cook about 3/4 of the way and add in the dandelion leaves.
  10. Cook until leaves are nice and soft.
  11. Add salt,pepper,sage again.
  12. Add a bit of lemon juice.
  13. Its all done when fish are golden brown.
