Ingredients:

  • 350 g flour
  • 180 g water
  • 5 g oil
  • 10 g scallions
  • 100 g onions
  • 10 g shrimp
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 10 g skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix Meat with seasonings until blended.
  2. Roll in flour.
  3. Deep fry inskillet for 3 to 4 min per side.
  4. Remove and drain.
