Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1 cup celery
  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 1 1/2 potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables
  2. Add stock
  3. Season to taste
