Curried Shrimp With Marmalade Soy Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein shrimp. rinse in cold water.
  2. Combine egg and water in a bowl.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Dip shrimp in egg then in dry ingredients. place on a well greased cookie sheet. drizzle oil over shrimp.
  5. Bake 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown. serve with marmalade dip.
  6. To make dip: combine ingredients and mix well. cook stiring constantly.
  7. Until clear and thickened. serve hot.
