  1. Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder together in a bowl
  2. Add crab, tomato, and avocado half.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dress greens in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Top greens with crab salad.
  6. Tip: If you keep the avocado in the remaining half, you can store it in the fridge in a sandwich bag for a few days without crystallization or browning.
