Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Steam small bits of cauliflower until tender
  2. Add spices and half and half
  3. Maybe add a little water
  4. Cook on low for a while
