Ingredients:

  • 1 cup marg
  • 1 and a 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup warm milk

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition
  3. Add flour and baking powder
  4. Add milk to make smooth batter
  5. Add essence
  6. Spoon into cupcake cases ,halfway
  7. Bake at 180 degrees,till slightly browned around the edges
  8. Decorate with melted choc or buttercream icing
