Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients together and beat with a mixer on medium-high setting for 3 minutes.
  2. Place cupcake wrappers in a cupcake pan and fill them with batter.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and test with a toothpick to make sure they're done.
