Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel avocado and place in medium serving bowl, scooping out all of it with a teaspoon.
  2. Mash avocado with fork, allowing some chunks to remain.
  3. Stir longer if you want a smoother dip.
  4. Add cilantro, garlic, onion, tomato, pineapple, red pepper, salt and mix well.
  5. Add olive oil and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix again.
  7. Serve and please do enjoy!
  8. Serves about 5.
