Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 small zucchini , cut into thin strips
  • 1 large carrot , cut into thin strips
  • 1 yellow squash , cut into thin strips

Directions:

  1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add zucchini, carrot, and squash, and toss. Sprinkle with pepper.
