Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon hot chili-sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 small zucchini, cut into thin strips
1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
1 yellow squash, cut into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add zucchini, carrot, and squash, and toss. Sprinkle with pepper.
