Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven:400 degrees
  2. Place crackers in single layer in a foil=lined 15X10X1 inch pan.
  3. Cook butter and sugar in a saucepan on medium-high heat until butter is melted and mixture is well-blended,stirring occassionally
  4. Bring to boil,cook 3 minutes,without stirring.
  5. Spread on crackers.
  6. BAKE 5-7 minutes,or until topping is golden brown.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate pieces;
  8. Let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate is softened.
  9. Spread chocolate over ingredients in pan;
  10. Sprinkle with nuts.
  11. Cool.
  12. Break into pieces.
