Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 4 croissants-cut horizantallt

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350*F.
  2. Combine first 6 items in a small bowl,mixing well
  3. Melt butter over medium heat, in a large non-stick skillet
  4. Add egg mixture and cook with out stirring until mixture starts to set on the bottom
  5. Draw a spatula across the pan to form large curds
  6. Continue till eggs are thickened but stil moist-don't stir contantly
  7. Spoon eggs on croissant bottoms. top with cheese and croissant tops
  8. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes , until cheese melts and croissants are heated
