Crock Pot Lemon Honey Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pierce lemon with fork then place in chicken cavity.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker/crock pot.
  3. Combine orange juice and honey then pour over chicken.
  4. Cook on Low 8 hours.
  5. Using tongs remove the lemon and squeeze over chicken.
  6. Carve chicken and serve.
