Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag dried black-eyed peas
  • 1 small ham hock
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can del monte zesty jalapeno pepper diced tomato
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Pre-soak black-eyed peas according to the instructions on the bag.
  2. Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
