Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and salt. Add flour, milk and butter. Beat until smooth. Heat pan to medium. Cook for about 2 minutes each side.
