Ingredients:

  • 1 (26-oz) box iodized salt
  • 1 (2-oz) can black pepper
  • 1 (1 1/2-oz) can chili powder
  • 1 (1 1/2-oz) can red pepper
  • 1 (1-oz) can garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Store in airtight containers. Use as a seasoning in Creole recipes, fried chicken, or gravies.
