Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Saute onions until nice brown.
  3. Add milk and heavy cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes or until consistence becomes a little bit thick and creamy.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for some minutes.
  6. Add egg yolks and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Place ravioli into a baking dish.
  9. Cover with sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  11. Bake uncovered for ca.
  12. 40 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
