Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Put milk, yogurt, cream and eggs into a blender or mixer and blend/beat until frothy.
  2. Stir in pumpkin, honey, sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Blend in the spices.
  4. Pour the eggnog into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
