Creamy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak mold you are going to use in cold water and set aside.
  2. Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup water and set aside.
  3. Heat pineapple and cream cheese until dissolved.
  4. Do not allow to boil.
  5. Add gelatin and stir then cool.
  6. Whip cram, sugar and vanilla.
  7. When pineapple mixture is cool stir in remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Unmold and decorate with cherries.
