Directions:

  1. 1.Peel potatoes and quarter.
  2. 2.Place in boiling water 20-25 mins or until soft. Drain.
  3. 3.While poatoes are cooking, in a small saucepan melt butter and saute garlic until soft. Approx. 5 mins
  4. 4.Add all ingredients to the potatoes and mash until smooth
