  1. In a big bowl mix cabbage and onions and carrot
  2. Stir mayo,vinegar.mustard,sugar , salt and pepper
  3. Thin out using some cream or milk if you want.
  4. Pour dressing over cabbage , mix well and chill for an hour or more .
