Creamy Coconut Pie With Its Own Crust

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients, except coconut in a bowl.
  2. Mix at high speed till all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Add coconut and blend again.
  4. Pour into lightly greased pie plate and bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
