Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup medium firm tofu
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 -4 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • cracked pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and frappe.
  2. Let chill in referigerator and serve.
