Creamy Cheesy (but Cheeseless) Salad Dressing

An interesting taste combination. Tahini is wonderful in dressings.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup medium firm tofu
1/3 cup water
3 teaspoons lemon juice
3 -4 teaspoons tahini
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, peeled
cracked pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce, or braggs liquid aminos
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and frappe.
2. Let chill in referigerator and serve.
