Creamy Boiled Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 pinch dill seed (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in top of double boiler.
  2. Cook slowly over hot water until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
  3. Cool.
  4. Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
  5. Use in place of mayo or salad dressing in potato salad, egg salad, macaroni salad or coleslaw.
