Creamy Bacon Horseradish Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 3 tsp finely cut chives
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • dash of garlic salt
  • cayenne to taste
  • 6 bacon strips cooked crisply, (cook between paper towels in the microwave) then crumble

Directions:

  1. Soften cheese
  2. Blend with next 5 ingredients
  3. Mix with 4 crumbled bacon strips
  4. Top with 2 remaining crumbled strips
  5. Makes about 3 Cups
  6. Set out covered, about a half hour before guests arrive.
  7. Serve with a variety of crackers.
