Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor puree the cooked beans and garlic together.
  2. Process in the yohgurt, and lime or lemon juice
  3. While machine is running, drizzle thru feed tube the olive oil and process smooth and creamy
  4. Salt and fresh black pepper to taste
  5. Serve with crackers, baguette etc
  6. Correct seasoning if desired or if you want hinner, add in a bit more yoghurt
  7. Note: add a Tbs of fresh chopped mint which is also nice in this recipe
