Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and bring to boiling stirring with wire whisk to avoid lumps. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
