Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; reduce heat to low. Add flour; beat with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until smooth after each. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered baking sheets.
  2. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed; transfer to wire racks to cool.
