Cream Cheesy Potato Mash

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium to large potatos
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shard cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Peel potatos cut into cubes
  3. Boil for 15min or until done drain
  4. Transfer into a large bowl
  5. Add butter, salt, pepper, creamcheese, sour cream, milk mix until well blended
  6. Add onions and cheese stir
  7. Place in oven bake 35-40 min
