Cream Cheese With Pesto & Pine Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package pesto sauce
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 (8 oz) package whole wheat crackers

Directions:

  1. Place the cream cheese on a microwave safe plate & place pesto in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat pesto for 1 minute to heat.
  3. Heat cheese for 30-45 seconds. just long enough to soften but not melt.
  4. Pour pesto over cream cheese & top with pine nuts.
  5. Serve with crackers.
