Cream Cheese Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small package orange gelatin
  • 1-1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 package dream whip prepared according to box directions

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Mix in cream cheese slowly making sure there are no lumps.
  3. Chill until semi firm.
  4. Prepare dream whip then add gelatin mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. Fold in mandarin oranges and 1/4 cup of their juice.
  6. Pour into your favorite dish then chill.
