Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper & garlic.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups water and seasonings.
  3. Cook on low for 20 mins.
  4. Add crawfish, cook another 10 mins.
  5. Dissolve corn starch in 1/2 cup water and add to mixture
  6. Cook another 5 mins.
  7. Mix with cooked rice
  8. Add green onions and parsley and mix well.
  9. Ready to enjoy!
