Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Warm the olive oil in large pan.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and minced garlic.
  3. Saute over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Add dry quinoa, and stir for a minute or two.
  5. Pour in stock and cook until stock is absorbed.
  6. Stir in the sunflower seeds before serving.
