Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, green onions, and garlic in butter, oil, or non-stick spray in a pot until onions are browned.
  2. Stir in cream of celery and cream of mushroom.
  3. Increase heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  4. Add Cajun Seasoning (to taste).
  5. Reduce heat to medium and stir in crawfish.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes and reduce heat to medium.
  7. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  8. Serve over hot rice.
  9. Enjoy!
