Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups wheat bran
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add milk, oil, cranberries and beaten egg whites. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
