Cranberry Walnut Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl,beat milk,pudding and lemon zest with a whisk for approx 1 minute.(mixture will be very thick).
  2. Whisk in 1/2 of the cool whip.
  3. Spread half of this mixture into pie crust.
  4. Spoon 1/2 of the cranberry sauce over pudding mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the walnuts.
  6. Top with remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with remaining cranberry sauce,cool whip and walnuts.
  9. Chill another 1 hr.
