This one's a keeper! Ingredients:
1 1/4 c.cold milk |
2 pkgs (4 serving size) cheesecake flavored instant pudding |
1/2 tsp.grated lemon zest |
8 oz. thawed cool whip |
1 graham cracker crust |
1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce |
1/2 chopped wlnuts |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl,beat milk,pudding and lemon zest with a whisk for approx 1 minute.(mixture will be very thick). 2. Whisk in 1/2 of the cool whip. 3. Spread half of this mixture into pie crust. 4. Spoon 1/2 of the cranberry sauce over pudding mixture. 5. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the walnuts. 6. Top with remaining pudding mixture. 7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. 8. Top with remaining cranberry sauce,cool whip and walnuts. 9. Chill another 1 hr. |
